To ensure timely delivery, please note that our order cut-off time is 10 am the day before your scheduled delivery date. We understand the importance of receiving your orders promptly and strive to fulfil them as quickly as possible. Please be aware of your specific delivery days; for example, if your delivery days are Tuesday and Thursday, you must place your orders accordingly to receive them on those days. Otherwise, delivery will occur on your next scheduled day.

Return Policy

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products. Just Pasta Australia will not refund or exchange items due to a change of mind or an incorrect decision. We deliver between 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. If your product is damaged or spoiled during transit, we will replace it. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Just Pasta Australia is not responsible for incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase. Please follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Refunds, if accepted, will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
